The Altamura DOP Bread is made from our re-milled durum wheat semolina. A bread that preserves tradition in its preparation methods and stands out for its unique flavor, digestibility, and exceptional shelf life: a crispy crust, golden crumb, and the authentic taste of Apulian durum wheat.
